Panji Wisrawan
Winner of the Campari Bartender Competition 2019 with his signature Campari Cocktail “Jack & Rose”, the Head Mixologist brings over 10 years of experience delivering creative bar menus to Apéritif. Panji has worked in various Bali locations and spent two years at sea with Viking Ocean Cruises, hosting multiple events, including whiskey tastings and mixology classes for guests.
Panji especially enjoys welcoming guests worldwide, sharing travel experiences and sparking memories by creating unique cocktails.
